Anyone has any tips on how to properly analyze a property online?

James I  did try opening an account with Carter Bank & Trust but I'm still having a hard time getting it down online so I'll have to call them or go in.

Any online guess site should only be used for a very rough idea. 

There is always the old go-to, Quickbooks....there are also online programs like Wave, which is free, or other paid services.

Whenever a lender tried to undercut the market in 2020 by 0.25%, they got slammed with more business than they could handle, it would take 4 months to close a simple purchase or refi, and they'd get a bunch of horrible reviews online, local realtors would start to hate them, you get the idea.

In a perfect world you would be able to jump online and know everything, but in reality the process is pretty archaic.

Never purchase a property through an online auction.

Locations are not important as long as they on board remotely/online and have a strong "online friendly" presence that can satisfy most general banking needs (attractive ach fees, online check deposit, ect).
