My advice to you would be to purchase well before you get out, I ran into an issue when I had only a few months left on my contract, and if it wasn't for the fact that I was severely injured in Afghanistan and was going to receive a high rating from the VA I would have not been approved.

@Ian Ippolito  that makes sense.. as long as the information that is coming from these folks is real... lots of puffing these days with smaller players  :)When I ran my private investor based company.. if we got payoffs and investors got their interest basically on time.. then getting reinvestments at payoff was the norm..

to whom it may concern, the above post by @joel owens illustrates another point I've made in another thread the importance of getting the mentioning function fixed as I'm sure @joshua dorkin didn't get the message nor did joel from this here post that they were mentioned thus perpetrating an ongoing inter-networking "failure to communicate".
