Be patient and diligent and you can find and answer or solution to every possible issue in BP.  

Buy really low and be patient for deals.

Hi Account Closed,Thank you for the suggestions, I am inclined to remain patient @ the moment considering the pandemic, less staff being onsite at the courthouses etc... 

It pays to be patient.

I recognize most of you from other helpful threads I have followed to augment my knowledge.All,I need the encouragement to be patient as this has been a long time goal of mine and now that I am close it is tough not to settle for something just for the sake of doing it.

One final thought is "be patient". 

Without getting into too much detail, I waited 4 very long months for the rehab to be completed by Oceanpointe and was told several times to trust the Morris Invest system and be patient as this is a “hands-off” way of investing.

On the whole, the podcast is harsh on Detroit and for good reason, but I cannot think of a better training ground if you are resourceful, patient, cautious and looking for a very cheap education.

Its been a bit of a rough patch trying to get listings or buyers, but I am patient!
