Hello Everyone!
I hope everyone is having and awesome day! I have actually decided to create an account after a few months of actually stalking the forums. (Yes ... I know I know, what was I thinkin?! I have totally been missing out on all the "fun".)
I have officially signed myself up to a broker at the beginning of the year from getting my License. (YAY ME!) I have always been interested in Real Estate but never actually thought about just jumping into until I came across a local broker offering pre-licensing courses for really cheap. And the rest was HISTORY!
The point of my post is start networking with clients, investors and other RE agents. Since I am new to the game I am starting from the bottom.
Its been a bit of a rough patch trying to get listings or buyers, but I am patient!
Hope to hear from new local people! :)
