By eliminating the waiting period of meeting with Alderman, getting plans and permits submitted, hoping they get approved, attending late night zoning meetings, and fighting with neighbors and city inspectors, developers can actually focus on improving the property.

I think I've paid from $65/night to $80/night the 3 times I've stayed nearby. 

We have to drive to North Platte that night, though, so it depends on the time.  

With my current employer, I've had the opportunity to work outside at all hours of the day and night, all through out the city in the past but couldn't say if I've been to these parts.

I worked many many months with no pay and would work a night job late into the night to keep it alive because I knew I was building something big for my family.  

Yeah, once in a blue moon I have to refund a guest for a night, but again - that's a couple hundred bucks compared to the thousands I'd shell out to a PM.

I get emergency calls during all hours of the night, but lets say I get some at 3 n the morning.

Early risers might be more successful then night owls, but us night owls certainly have more fun. 

For proof, take notes/pictures of his car being there at night and in the morning every day.
