I've been told that the west colfax area will keep growing, but coming from NYC it is still not as walkable to cafes, bars, etc. right now.Which location do you think would be a better investment?

You can find local meetups in your area by going to Network>Events up in the menu bar.

Offer, contract, inspections, loans, utilities, closing, etc etc. you can of course navigate it on your own with a title company doing some of the work - but with any profession/process, it’s often the questions you don’t even know to ask that’ll get you.

Get a good broker who can help you navigate to 10 personal mortgages.

I am a total newbie when it comes to investing so please bear with me while I navigate around BiggerPockets.

Renovations will include LVT flooring, new carpet on the second floor of the units, refinished cabinetry, stone countertops, sink/faucet combo, and bathroom upgrades including a new vanity, light bar, mirror, shower/bath fixtures and tub surround.

Same as bar tenders , waitresses , flat rate mechanics , hourly employees .

Barring a major event like war or pandemic-induced government shut-down, I see some serious growth ahead.

A lot of options as well and sometimes it is hard to navigate as there is a lot of "different" information out there.
