Its your Mother , stroke her a check for $ 25,000  she wiped your butt , put on your band  aids  and  made your meals .

It was a 1000sqft apartment (for their elderly mother) in a basement in a very nice house worth at least a million dollars and I was very fortunate that they allowed me to be the general on the job and that they gave me a chance.

All kitchen appliances (did not have a refrigerator) and some staging stolen in the first one, along with vandalized furnace (what did the mother board do to deserve it?)

So i carefully weeded out prospective tenants by lack of returned calls or no shows when showing the property. i found this nice married couple with 2 babies and a mother in law that wished to live with them.

If you dont want to rent to me, I'll just buy your building :)Back when I was newly out of college I rented a room in a rooming house (my mother was actually the owner) and one of the other guys renting a room in the house was a 6'5" 300 lb former member of the Devil's Disciple motorcycle club.

The two tenants, mother and daughter, are still in jail and will probably remain there for a few years.
