Is there a site/platform for landlords specific to temporary/corporate housing, i.e., 30 days rental or longer geared to the corporate relocation or full season rental market?  

PTI security also has a good selection of security systems that integrate right into the computer and I believe they even have mobile access.  

Thats what we install in mobile home parks and apartments.Its well built, fixed based radios that send you a water reading 2x a day, and it has leak detection. 

So synch your  web site(s) and mobile app created to create an interactive site for investors and then...write articles and blogs as an expert in your area of focus (single-family, multifamily, commercial, etc.) on that landing page which redirects to your involvement on REI web sites. 

They are similar to Mobile Home parks.  

Plus the same platform can put you in front of BUYERS before your competition even knows they exist as well as poach clients from their open houses.

I am thinking of adding an ADU due to the relaxation of regulations and I have been weighing the options between a manufactured or modular (not mobile) home and doing new construction.

Do you recommend me placing mobile closets in the rooms before i place the units for rent.

I don't know the area but I believe you just aren't reaching enough people and getting on more platforms besides craigslist is critical.
