Many times, they have directories of their members who tend to be mobile home park owners and anyone else working in the industry. 

I keep hearing about how great mobile home parks are. 

The room requirements would be very minimal so there will be no need for any amenities outside of the basic living condition.I've been searching the area for anything between motels, mobile parks or any large office/multiple use dwelling that could accommodate such a requirement.
