Large Housing Solution Needed

Greetings All,

I am a brand new investor looking to create a solution for a company I would go into business for. This company has about 60-70 personnel that would need housing on a seasonal basis (6-9mo). The room requirements would be very minimal so there will be no need for any amenities outside of the basic living condition.

I've been searching the area for anything between motels, mobile parks or any large office/multiple use dwelling that could accommodate such a requirement. However, I've had no such luck!

Any guidance or ideas on what could be the best route to take that would be somewhat economically feasible, can be established relatively quick and has low overhead to run and operate would be greatly appreciated.

 Thank you!
