Hi BP, I'm considering selling off my small portfolio of 3 SFH's and moving the money into either a Delaware Statutory Trust via a 1031 or just selling and paying the tax and then reinvesting the money in a syndication. 

We manage a few in NJ and are constantly shipping up and/or ordering supplies to be delivered to cleaner. 

I don't manage my clients' booking revenue so it's fine with me.I have an AI for STRs slide deck.

First property has been renovated, leased, and managed in line with all timelines and expectations.

Add in property management.

Start saving money, work on your credit score, get approval for loans ahead of time, and meet and talk to local real estate sellers, other investors, and people who manage properties.

My strategy has been buying a primary every year, and since 2017, it's helped me build a pretty great portfolio with the minimum down every year.

Does anyone else have or had property managed by Mynd formerly RentVest?

I need ANYBODY AND EVERYBODY who invests, rehabs, and property manages in Birmingham to recommend contractors, agents, management companies, real estate attornies, etc that I could use.
