Texas  - no income tax and looking into areas near major universities or downtown (Dallas, Houston or Austin areas).

I’m a biology major and really have no interest in working for someone else.

This was a personal project where I did majority of the work myself (hung all drywall...140 sheets, gutted it, painted it, you name it) I brought my crew in to put on the finishing touches.

They have an online application that you can customize and can do the screenings through their site.

I do engineering at Ford motors, with rentals in Detroit suburb and am well versed in What's coming up in major auto companies in michigan.

The problem is is I think you can go online and pay like $25 and "make" your dog a "service" dog, which is probably what she will do if/when you ask for documentation.  

However at 6' I am able to stand in the majority of the room space without worrying about hitting my head.If there are question I am missing I'd love to get some more experienced landlords opinions.Also, if you have any input on how many bedrooms can be added to roughly 500 sq ft (1 v 2) that would be great.Thanks in advance,Brian
