Obviously if they treat you right, it could lead to a lot more business referred to them, and if they don't they risk losing all of their business. 

Just know I'm losing money everyday till it's complete and I have tenants.

One of the main reasons why I want to do real estate is because after losing my job last because to a merger, I wanted to have another way to provide for my family and to reach financial independence one day.My goal is to become a buy and hold investor, buying duplexes and multi-families in my area and possibly out of state. 

Essentially what @Omar Khan is trying to explain is that the high prices are due to very high demand and the only way that the market will collapse is if the demand disappears, which I cannot see happening with our high immigration rate and while ever everyone still only wants to live in the capital citiesDon't be fooled by the media speculation and articles posted on news sites etc about the "bubble burst" and "housing crash". 

I know the old phrase high-risk high reward, but being cautious is also a good way to not lose money.
