As I am sure you know they need to be local to you as the co. office has to have a physical location where you are both working from.

I also had success calling major brokerages (cbre, marcus, cushman) and asking for brokers that specialize in NNN deals within the location I was looking at.

I would probably take advantage of the hot market and take the profit to invest in higher cash flowing properties closer to your location
