Finding Off-Market NNN Deals

Hey All,

My name's Cameron Huard and I'm an aspiring real estate investor and frequent BP podcast listener. I'm interning in brokerage at Marcus & Millichap this summer and I'm looking for off-market NNN deals for an exchange buyer.

If anyone has any tips for finding off market deals I'd love to hear them. At the moment I'm calling NNN teams/brokers at major firms and asking for their current inventory that match my criteria.
