What podcasts do you listen too?

I've been listening to BP since buying my first rental while in college (2018) and since then I've managed to leave traditional employment and build a land/development business on the active side while also buying a portfolio of residential rentals on the passive side giving me complete freedom over my time. 

I've been racking my brain and doing a lot of listening and researching but am at a point where I would just love some advice from people smarter than me.

It will have all the needed CA disclosures and such as well.The advice of "get it under contract" is guru crap, don't listen to it.

I've been listening to the BP podcast for a while and less-so lurking around the forums.

I will continue to listen to the new uploads, but I had a question about the main Bigger Pockets podcast.

Regardless of the relationship issues and him never listening to my advice, Here are the facts:1.

It never affected me monetarily since my tenants always paid, but I was always waiting for the other shoe to drop.

However, the past month I have been reading books, forums, and listening to podcasts about renting out single family homes and now I am leaning towards taking the money and run.

Thus begins what could be the most important financial decision of my life.Between then and now, I've started reading a few books and listening to a few podcasts to get some ideas.
