Help with Wholesale contract process!

Hello! I am brand new and very interested in wholesale. I do have a question regarding the contracts when doing a wholesale deal. Does anyone have a recommendation or resource that they used to better understand the whole contract process from start to finish? Most videos I watch just say "get the deal under contract" or something along those lines without ever giving detail of what that looks like. Any help is greatly appreciated!
