It was built in 1950 and is a 4/2 bath, It was originally a 2/1 and the owners added on 2 more bedrooms, 1 bath and a kitchen.

So if the wall comes down it is going to screw-up the floors,  and I would probably end up having to redo the floors in the entire house or at least in the living room, dining room, kitchen and hallway.

When listed on MLS afterward, interior photos showed that the kitchen had been stripped bare (no cabinets or appliances or sink), and even the hardwood flooring was removed!
