@Aaron Ram,I own a few SF rentals.My tenants are responsible for snow removal and landscaping.They must purchase the equipment to do the above.If I get fined, because the tenant does not take care of the landscaping or snow removal, it is added to the tenants monthly rent.This is in my lease.Raymond
