Should we keep the design as a 1 bedroom, or change it to a studio? 

I have no development experience however have a large portfolio of homes in the Charlotte suburbs which are solid performing assets and have done extensive rehab's on many properties from basic new kitchen/ba reno's to full structural/electrical/plumbing renovations.

Antifa now these days  LOL3. commute is a big one in many markets. 4. new versus old  IE old 70 year old homes with limited functionality compared to brand new homes or newer homes with modern designs.

Hi - looking for contractor in Oakhurst, CA, to assist with remodeling of bathroom and kitchen, and painting the house (interior/exterior).

Because of its location, I cannot have two proper units, but can have a main unit and an ADU or rent as one house (although I'm hoping the new development will bring a change to my zoning code) The basement has 8ft ceilings and is completely finished but I'm thinking of digging down behind the rear wall to add a full bedroom and reconfiguring the floor plan to accommodate another room, kitchen, and door to walkout (2 bed/1bath unit).

Last recommendation I took off here however burned me on a kitchen remodel, but still trust people here more than google.

For example, you can have in the same neighborhood the same units but one is upgraded new bath, new kitchen SS appliances.
