I never decided what to do with him and they all went to investors that he was familiar with, the title company that he used, the attorney that was his friend and I never even met a buyer.

I too look to do as much as possible of my rehabbing and more than likely shall work with a friend of mine who has a small crew, he is a contractor from back in the day when we first met.

My friend "Barry" lives in a 3 bed, 1.5 bath in a very nice town in New Jersey. 

They can also help you with which title companies they use which is a key step, some title companies are more friendly than others with regard to investor activities.

I have plenty of friends who have lucked out down there.
