We are looking to relocate to another city and state for more job opportunities.

Indianapolis has done an excellent job of redevelopment and investing in infra structure pumping nearly $10 billion dollars in a mix of public/private redevelopment.

The plan is 5 more years of building before I retire from full time day job. 

We would have some more freedom to find the right jobs.

We are free from the confines of a traditional work schedule and can really dedicate as much time as is needed to manage and maintain our hopeful real estate business.

The issue is a lot of them have the preconception that an LLC is the only way to do business, I could've done a better job at managing these expectations.

My potential tenants usually have bad credit, work minimum jobs or cash jobs and don't meet the income requirement but will complain about the unit not having an island, or no central air/garage, or a neon green bath tub (everything else was remodeled).
