The band has noise proofed the basement as best they can, but I guess they were still not happy about it.Now I gotten a letter from her lawyer saying if they don't stop they will sue, they've tried to ask for mediation but the neighbor just wants them to stop and if not will ask for monetary damages.

He said most of the scammers are not Nigerians but actually mostly corrupt jewish lawyers located in the US posing as Nigerians or other enitites.

I have never known the lender to care about my credit, unless I was trying to assume the mortgage.My recommendation would be to call around (to real estate agents, mortgage companies, etc) asking for a referral to a lawyer who specializes in this type of situation.

My job is to run this property the best I can for the owners and they have had this deal for 42 years so I wouldn't lose sleep over getting a new deal.My only ideas, as of now, are first, to send this over to the lawyer to make sure there is no easy way out of this agreement, which I doubt but it's worth a shot.
