ONLY reason I would change cabinets is if they are broken and non functioning and non repairableAnd yes if the sink is bad and unble to just clean up,,,replace with a white cast iron and a quality modern high rise brushed nickel single handle on the side type. 

The data itself is public information its just getting that data in a format that can be consumed by a 3rd party application. 

With many young adults coming out of college with loads of student debt and a consumer based lifestyle they tend to find more value in renting and staying footloose and fancy free.

A bit time consuming but gets the job done.  

If one doesn't want to consumer leverage, then they pay down debt whether it be on houses or student loan debt.

Ive recently come across a few bumps in my path and is just looking to iron them out and become more successful at wholesaling.

Those have been previously struck down in consumer transactions where they had become commonplace to avoid things like warranties and fair dealing.

Hey George - we did this for several years while self managing and it got time consuming and costly.  

Please account your time as well, buyers consume a lot of your time and most times they won't even put an offer down on something after hours of showings or consultations.

If your agent uses electronic forms, it's not time consuming to make offers, maybe 10 minutes...Agents 'know' each other, at least in my market.
