Sometimes they buy homes without the ability to see them before they buy them- they never get the chance to go inside prior and you're seeing it through their eyes as it happens.They know the neighborhoods well and make decisions as best they could based on the information they have on paper and based on what the know of the area.I think you'll see some incredible stuff if you guys continue to watch- this week's upcoming episode is one of my favorites.Happy to respond to any questions that anyone has or better yet, I could ask Doug or Mike to as well.I always try to reach out to the audience on all of our shows and it's sites like this that I love to find.Hope you continue to watch!
