First good creative finance deal in negotiation!

I appreciate any contacts you could share with me that are in my area should we come to that point.For other readers of this post, I appreciate any further innovative/creative ideas you may to share.  

Seems that I have yet  to find a creative finance person willing to look for sub prime or private money.

I'm at the point of setting up my LLC in which to keep my buy & hold investment properties for the long term in the Buffalo N.Y. & surrounding areas. I'm curious to know what would be the most tax-advantageous...

While your jobs will have some road blocks, if you look at it creatively they will become an asset.

Once you know the entity name you can search the states SOS website & sometimes pull up articles of incorporation, filings, ownership names etc.
