@Christopher Olsen I don't mean the Zestimate/ Redfin estimate, I mean actually get an offer from an iBuyer, that way a human might actually look at it instead of just an algorithm assuming it is available in your city.

At first I want to stay away from bodies of water likes coasts and large lakes which have more expensive real estate.

At sixteen you can volunteer at Habitat for Humanity, a great way to learn lots of construction knowledge and get some contacts.

Definitely still worth researching any potential changes to the rules, but at least there's a regulatory body to talk to about it. 

My average daily use is 7 days or less, I do not provide services and I did materially participate at least 100 hours and more than any other individual and when I say individual I mean human and I have time logs from them. 

Fair housing, human rights etc.
