I know based on things I've read, when it comes to investing, it's better to buy older and fix it up, but I honestly know pretty much nothing about houses right now and mostly just want to get started.Would it be better for a noob like me to get a newer house so I have less to worry about, get something older and try to get it fixed up, or get something older and just not fix it?
