I was always tired and eating cheeseburgers and trying not to get ripped off by vendors, employees, landlords and other food trucks.

I've had good luck with my kids' daycare employees for instance.

Here is what I do for each:- Creating Lists - I have a VA or one of my employees pull the data.  

Some folks deride the IRS employees, but they really do have very talented people on staff whose job it is to out-think you, me and everybody else on BP.  

Many employees were off for the holiday and there was nobody manning the water department's phones.

You must have some self-employment activity and no full time employees to qualify.If so, you could get access to many benefits over an IRA LLC.

It just ups the administrative complexity.If you are self-employed and have no full time employees, then you might be eligible for a Solo 401k instead of an IRA.  401k based plans are not subject to UDFI for real estate investments that are debt-financed.

Why not ask your dad if he'll come at your idea of a JV rather than just being an employee?
