I wanna get it done as soon as I can so it might even be sooner ^-^Thank You!

knowing what were shooting for its so frustrating to not get things done sooner. how would you guys handle it?

Wish I had seen this sooner!

The work needs to happen sooner than later - one of them is my home. 

That doesn't mean that will be the end of my real estate journey, that's just the safety net I want and the sooner I get there, the sooner I can kick my W2 to the curb. 

I learned so much with a stop work order (don't replace windows first in a rehab with no permits), pulling lots of permits, working with every trade (I was basically the GC), getting a stronger lease (I was reading constantly on landlord groups to learn more), fire contractors sooner (and don't pay much upfront)... 

Every day sooner the unit is rented is a minimum of $75 more in my pocket.

Option 2 seemingly gives my partner and I the most financial security, at least in the short term, but it pushes off the potential to begin investing sooner rather than later.If anyone has any ideas or opinions, I’m all ears.

Townhomes/Condo's may offer highly attractive community features (i.e. resort-like pools, very nice gyms, clubhouses, etc.) that may be very desirable to prospective owner/tenants.  

Just didn't know if it was OK to install the cartridge sooner (before tilework was done) to avoid having the water mixing.
