You're absolutely right, it's hard to pass on opportunities when you're green and eager to get involved, but I felt like I was starting to get cute with the numbers to make them work and would end up making an irrational decision if I didn't simply walk away. 

I'm just too green and naive for this game.  

But as a totally green investor, I'm glad I was there.3) I can go above and beyond the bare minimum amount of effort required for a return - it's for me!

Early on in our planning, my wife gave me the green light on "House Hacking" for 3 years.

I was still a little green at this landlord thing and did not verify with other means.Recently I got in touch with a collection agency who wanted to see if they could get the money back.  

Since I don't always like to follow the trends of what everyone else is doing, I may decide to use a bright green if I go that route.  

I realize I'm so new to this  that I'm green like a fresh twig, but even I KNOW that sounds way to good to be true.
