You can also create 2 smaller ladders out of one and set up a walking scaffold between the two for doing higher up painting or drywall work that requires more frequent lateral movement too.They are a very useful tool to have available, but have their limitations.

Under this circumstance, the Property will be fully Negative Cashflow for a long time until the Rent catches up in years to come.The lesson here is that really..... if the Property has the Characteristics of "Cashflowing," then how do you explain that it Cashflows for Buyer A but not for Buyer C?
