I found that American Family and Travelers were very competitive rate wise here.

I was very excited.The only problem that we found was that during the sewer inspection, the guy said he ran into some problem with the main line where the camera got stuck but he didn't know exactly what the issue is. 

I have looked at/analyzed hundreds of deals in the Richmond, Va market but have not found much of anything that will cashflow even $100 per month.

You educated yourself about different asset classes, found what best suited your knowledge, skills, and abilities, and proceeded to have success.

I have found that numerous people are getting the impression that you don't need any money to get into real estate investing.

Hello everyone,I have found a property that after running the numbers works out well, but it is in a college town.

So yes, they got the property but it was half finished or completely gutted, they couldn't find anyone to work on it, and much of what had been done hadn't been permitted so they found the properties that they received as security pretty much useless or requiring so much money to finish that it caused them to go bankrupt.   

We just recently found out that we are pregnant with TWINS.

The house that I found is in a neighborhood of 2 story houses that sell for roughly 130k-150k.
