Ive managed to get an entitled parcel under contract with a subordinate agreement and I'd like to use the 1st position to obtain some cash to fund the construction.

I mean I have done 2 weeks in Thailand and only paid for food :)  same With Europe so you cant get that by just staying at a random airbnb. 

Other than war, the leftists top three targets are food, shelter and clothing.

Seems like if the County thought the parcel could be sold, the City is overruled?

We sold a few parcels off already in a traditional fashion but I have one that has me scratching my head on exactly how to record in QuickBooks.I am unsure of how to record the parcel that we just sold for $165k where we we offered owner financing note of $135k as interest only with a 36 month balloon.

You would need to contact the Planning/Zoning department in the municipality where it's located (City government if there is one, County government if it's not inside City limits) and confirm the zoning of the parcel, and the permitted uses, setbacks, and density requirements for that particular zoning designation.

It will also show the parcel #.With the parcel number you should be able to search recorded docs, also on the county website.
