I am building more 14x50 storage units with the doors facing the existing doors.

., mesh with the laws and regulations related to what type of street to install for a local government to accept it and maintain it along with the business decision to perhaps have an HOA maintain it instead. 

So if the value of that property raises 100k in 12 years, then me renting it out for $1500 is going to be a huge hit on my because my purchase price was 100k higher than the owners.So my question more or less was how to consider that when acquiring properties that may have existing tenants locked in at a rate or factoring that in with what the MLS has the unit rent price listed for to account for the price at which I will purchase it for.

Right, sorry I thought they were looking to revamp the existing laminate and most likely the cost is about the same and going the extra step really makes it pop.

I run a small NPN investing shop and while yes there are regulations and rules we must play by, they don’t prohibit us from buying the notes. 

You may want to terminate the existing agreement before moving on.

I'm in Washington and read that there is a lot of regulation coming down, but I stay in my rural county to keep away from all that.
