Each time they send me a video saying it’s working perfectly, and then a couple days or a week later I got a video from the tenant saying it is not working.

This could be an excellent source of income that you could use for future properties. 

To give you an example, we walked every 5th unit at an 800 unit property, but only took notes on paper and used excel to track and estimate costs.

You have to have a lot more to be above average - indoor heated pool, more video games, other games - i.e. pool table, foosball, etc.., theater room - those kinds of things.  

For my clients here, I am really focusing on making sure I am presenting assets that have excellent appreciation potential.

.: 1) Hire a professional photographer 2) Rearrange your photo order 3) Use Zillow Video of the Apartment 4) Review your description 5) Renovate or stage the apartment (including a virtual stage) 6) Review how much you're renting it vs. what the market is offering.

The main thing is to find an excellent property manager.
