Anyone else being targeted by the Pinellas County tax office over this 6% tourist development tax which is on top of the 7% sales tax?

I dont have a lot of experience in this area, so I do need an agent who is willing to help me learn the area, determine what farm areas we want to work at and eventually become part of the team.If you have any information you think might be usefull, dont hesitate to let me know.

I'm hoping to find something towards mid-town that I can BRRRR so I can eventually live in it when I move back to STL.

We want to concentrate on wholesaling initially, and eventually would like to go into rehabbing and buy and holds.
