I have done analysis ARV of $300,000 (conservative since it's my first flip), rehab cost estimated ~$30k put offer in at $180,000 and agreed to meet in the middle purchase price $184,500 How did you finance this deal?

The apartment is pretty outdated so I’m estimating renovations would be ~$10k.

Their estimate is $800million or $11k per car.

I'm not terribly confident on my rehab numbers at this point -- using a rehab estimate spreadsheet from somewhere in Biggerpockets. 

Its not an agents job to estimate a rehab budget.

Does anyone use short term rental estimators that they like?  

I estimate that cost of the box and the drive through and parking space will be about 650k. 

Referrals are a great way to help agents, too.There's no way to estimate the cost of contractors without knowing what kind of projects you're doing.

Any weather estimates past 10-11-21 are just that and can not be assumed as far as rain.

Listing site estimates roughly $1,700 in mortgage, tax, & insurance with 20% down.What are your initial thoughts?
