It is possible for you to also garnish wages, but I've found the process to be too time consuming, so I've always just passed it on to a collections agency.

A note holder can speak to a borrower, depends on the type of note, consumer or commercial loan as to what you can speak to them about, but you can certainly contact them.

We ended up tackling this project and it has become VERY PROFITABLE from a money standpoint, but also VERY TIME CONSUMING.
