Strengthening the interconnections between your tenants and local businesses sets the stage for a stronger community.

Make sure to be ready to handle change management carefully in the contract and execution stage.  

I am still in the basic learning stage but with all the kind folks on here I suspect the learning curve will not be too bad .

I have been in the education stage for 9 months, and am ready to get my feet wet.

(At this stage you might not need to know how many yachts you want or where you will spend your holidays).

These seem like elementary questions, however, I'm baffled as to why these properties have been on the market so long.
