Is there more effective techniques?

We were looking to buy... but renting seems to a much more cost effective option. 

How will it effect market and what do you see happening in Indianapolis real estate market in near future?

I don't know cost details yet, and obviously that's a huge factor, but I was just curious if anyone here had given it a shot and how effective it was.

I would not expect him to take your word unless he is familiar with the appraiser you selected.
