For my first contract, I used a standard contract agreement that I paid for and downloaded from AIA documents. 

If you have WideOpenWest or another major cable provider, simply paying for internet will get you the mid-tier cable package for free, but you don't get a box.Buy a Roku, download the major network apps that you want to watch, and enter your account login and password info.

I went home that night, downloaded the app and immediately started sifting through some of the discussions on the forums.

But these software is no longer provide such feature.Before, I can download the whole disclosure, without even contactig any REA.
