from what i have read so far, turnover rate is high. .. and it feels like nobody wants to tell the secrets. . in a previous interview type of career fair with multiple people attending, they hesitated and not answered some questions, not even the split. i am going to elaborate on what i want to do: build capital as an agent to start investing, wholesaling, holding, and or flipping.
