I need a website, CRM with autoresponder, call center, contracts, scripts, direct mail service provider, list vendor....and there are services out there that offer this, but they are not cheap and I want to verify quality.

I'm just starting to do direct mail. on my yellow letter I added a google voice number. so now I have a problem with google voice phone not ringing and not letting me set a voicemail greeting. so im looking for a company or app that would give me a number and forward it to my personal number an also will allow my callers to leave a vm. any advice or opinions??

I put my two properties into an LLC on Monday morning, and therefore I do not technically have any direct residential real estate interest in my name at closing.
