I mean, if your tenant advertised in the local paper to sublet the rental property without your agreement, would that be the newspaper's fault or the tenant's?

Whats far easier especially if its not a massive amount of units is going to ferguson and getting a meter without a digital options and the needed  attachments from there and hardware stores.   

For every investor that carries zero debt there and tens or possibly hundreds of others that PREFER to carry debt because they realize that single-digit yields afforded by most real estate doesn't make a whole lot of sense relative to other asset classes without the ability to leverage.

Expect to pay a few points and double digit interest rates.

Then I said "you mean all the English newspapers, but you didn't check the Chinese papers did you?".

It’s not to say we’re going to huge run ups forever, but I would definitely say the current state of our economy leads most traditional market investors to believe they should expect another double digit year of returns(once again no guarantee).

We are going to be putting an ad in the local newspaper (town has a population of 55,000 people) for buying houses.
