I spoke with a FastHomeOffer.com representative and was told that they market digitally to generate motivated seller leads, selling the leads to investors at a per lead price.

@Stephen Kunen I work with a company called Invictus that has a great keyless entry digital access system for multi-family properties that includes a security feature that captures a picture every time someone enters your community's gate.  

Digital copies are not accepted by CMHA.Once the CMHA office has processed the RFTA packet CMHA will contact Holton-Wise to schedule the initial inspection of the rental property.

It definitely can help to make the process as painless as possible and more efficient for both parties (landlord + tenant), and also offers digital leases.

I know I could get a post office box, but it seems so much quicker and easier to collect digitally.

My List:- Auto Generated Smart Lock Codes (built-in integration through channel manager) - Set Smart Thermostat to Home Setting 1 Hour Before Guest Check-In (custom automation I created using home automation hub, channel manager, and digital automation platform)- Set Smart Thermostat to Away Setting @ Check-Out Time (another custom automation)- Whenever someone books/cancels, that information is automatically ingested into my database. 

Anyone at my STR, husband, wife, brother, sister, mom, dad want to see the digital guidebook, they have to enter their email and concur.  

I also have a sign in the window that says "Warning: Security Camera In Use".
