Sounds like you're heading in a direction that will support your goals.

My current goals are to BRRRR and to occasionally flip houses outside of the Denver metro area and in the mid west, where I have been eyeing areas from St Joseph down through Kansas City, Joplin, and in to Northwest Arkansas.

Ladies and gents,I am currently grinding out the required hours of education with the somewhat overly optimistic goal of being at least ready to test by the end of my college semester so I can dedicate all of my time to being an agent.

It’s a good property but just doesn’t fit with my personal goals right now.

My goal right now is to have done 25 deals by age 25.Any tips or advice would be much appreciated.

First, my long term goal is buy and hold apartments and I plan on making this a full-time business in the next year or two. 

Once you figure out your why, the reason you want to invest in real estate, then goal setting becomes easier and from those goals you'll set investing criteria (your bumpers) to guide you through REI. 

Help others achieve their goals and you'll look up one day and see that you also achieved yours. 

My goal is to be financially independent when I'm 25.
