Alot of people think Realtors are all property managers and while many states you need to be licensed to manage other owners property (Delaware where I am for instance) that doesn't mean they know what they're doing.I'm sorry you're going through this.

In Delaware the process takes about 3 months start to finish (or more) so the sooner you get started the better.
