This is going to be such a great little house on a cul-de-sac in a great area of Leland to start your little family.

Something to consider would be a USDA solar farm grant if that area is considered rural enough and in need of energy.

Alot of people think Realtors are all property managers and while many states you need to be licensed to manage other owners property (Delaware where I am for instance) that doesn't mean they know what they're doing.I'm sorry you're going through this. 

In Delaware the process takes about 3 months start to finish (or more) so the sooner you get started the better.
