If not I will kill it off with little risk as the 46725 has a lower average ticket than the 46804 or I could focus the professional image to one demographic and the other to a separate demographic based on response.Personally, I believe SEO is becoming a thing of the past and .com's are going to lose value as there are MANY new domains and effective target marketing is going to grow...

You will also want to find out what the minimum lot size is, required setbacks for the house, landscaping, any curb, gutter and sidewalk, etc.

Had just got a $1 million credit line and went to the trustee sale and bought a property for $1,185,000 using all of the credit line (commercial bank that advanced cashier check) plus some personal funds.Kind of sad that the Owner had buried her head in the sand but in the end sold the home with minor paint and landscaping for $1,625,000 off of a sign call.
