If so, then the "move-in costs" section will also be blank.Also there is a clause with "tenant will provide landlord a list of items that are damaged or not in operable condition" but that applies to last year, supposedly now, they would have let me know had anything broken.

It's very strong and to take a hammer to bash up the tile tends to also damage the plaster/drywall in the adjacent rooms.

If they don't serve the notice in person and physically hand the notice to the resident, then you can only get a judgement for possession and not for monetary damages.

I only had damages once, a burned carpet, the parent was a doctor and he simply said let me know how much and I'll send you a check, which he did, no questions asked.
